While you don’t necessarily have to have experience in the restaurant industry, we seek franchise owners with some familiarity of business ownership and business management. Those already in the food industry, as well as business professionals with a commitment and enthusiasm for our systems are good candidates. You must possess excellent social skills and be a problem solver. In exchange for your commitment to the Antioch brand, we’ll provide you the tools and support you need to operate an efficient pizza restaurant franchise.

You will attend an extensive pre-opening training program at our corporate kitchen in Antioch. As you launch your local pizza restaurant franchise business, a franchise representative will spend up to three weeks in your local area, to assist you with additional on-site training. You will also have access to our proprietary confidential operations manual which will provide you detailed guidance for your day-to-day business activities.

The total initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $167,000 to $535,500 for a single location. This includes a $35,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

We charge a royalty fee equal to 5% of gross sales, paid weekly on Tuesday commencing 30 days after the Restaurant opens for business. These fees allow us to fund our ongoing support services and the continued development of product and supply channels, marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades to keep your business up and running effectively.

Antioch Pizza Shop franchise owners will be required to spend 1% of gross revenues, paid monthly, on local marketing initiatives, and 1% of gross revenues, paid weekly on Tuesday commencing 30 days after the restaurant opens for business, toward the national marketing fund.

The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with one subsequent successor agreement option of ten years.
